I physically can not do this one. Ik correct form but feel it in the other leg and some muscle just โhurtsโ if it makes sense instead of engaging the hip

Just a tip: keep the leg thatโs kicking out behind the stable leg-focus on not letting the cord touch your stable leg so that youโre targeting your hip abductor muscle more!! ๐ฅฐ

My right glute struggles to fire up.. Even when doing something like this.. My left standing leg would still get fired more than my right lifting the weight :/
