I’m a Wish Granter with Make A Wish and next week we are meeting with a little boy to tell him that he gets to go to Tokyo! He loves watching Youtubers in Japan and Japanese video games and anime so it’s going to be an amazing experience for him and his mom and dad. When we do a Wish reveal, we like to bring some of their favorite treats but in this case, we wanted to bring him some treats from the Asian market that maybe he had never tried before but also that weren’t too adventurous for his taste palette. You know kids can be picky! So I explored the Asian market in Fairfield and checked out all different kinds of sweet treats and Ramen and they had so many cool items. They had a lot of familiar candy but with flavors I had never seen before, they also have a lot of viral products like those mango ice creams that people were going wild for a few months ago. Being a volunteer with Make A Wish is such a cool and unique experience because every kid has their own unique set of needs and a fun personality and being able to help them come up with an idea of what would really blow their minds when it comes to a Wish is such a gift to them and to us as well! #m#makeawishu#under10ko#over30clubo#over30a#asianfood
