to make the bowl tortilla a healthier and more efficient way you can put them in a greased glass bowl in the oven for 5 minutes.

Lightly brush or spray thin tortillas with oil. Place inverted canning jars on a cookie sheet & lay the tortilla over them. Press the tortillas around the jar. Bake until lightly brown.

You had me until you brought the canned gravy I’m from the south anything other than homemade gravy is blasphemy but I guess it works for a quick breakfast. I’ll have to try this though.
