SUPER JUICE Now that super juice has kind of died out on social media. I figure I'd give it a whirl. A few people I trust say it's nice, so here it is. I'm a believer, so far, anyway. I'm curious how super juice will be in other cocktails with other spirits, etc. I'm no super juice expert. Hopefully, I did a decent job here, and I broke it down the best I could for you guys. Kevin Koss explains super juice far better than I ever could. Sometimes, I feel like he speaks in riddles, but I think it's just me not being anywhere near as smart, lol. If you want to get nuts and you aren't lazy, check his YouTube out, he's super knowledgeable. Lime Peels Lime Juice Citric Acid Malic acid Water 1. Peel a lime or limes, then weigh it. 2. Add acid, the same weight of the limes. Acid mixture is a 2 to 1 mix, meaning two parts citric, one part Malic. 3. Let Lime Peels and acid sit for 2 hours or until the acid mix is mostly dissolved. 4. After two hours, add all ingredients into a blender. Add water. Water will be the wieght of the Lime Peels x 16.66. Then add the juice of the lime or limes you peeled. 5. Blend for a minute or so. Strain through a nut bag. 6. Boom, lasts 3 weeks and works awesome. Store in the fridge. Citric and Malic acid is on Amazon. Use our link in bio.
