I barely spoke to anyone during labour. I just closed my eyes listened and hummed through the pain. My partner was right next to me, supporting me with drinking when I needed.

My husband was incredible during both my previous deliveries, he knows me so well and he held my hand the entire time, never once left my side, made sure I had a drink, cool flannel, reassuring me.

labour was so so painful but I felt so much love for my partner and mum 🥹 we talked through it and held eachother and cried together and I never felt more loved !

Tbh, I didn’t even realise my partner was there, but he fanned me the whole time and all I said was sorry because I felt guilty for making the cow house 😂 no one wants negativity in that space!!

Can I ask..how do u feel about telling mums to be quiet during birth? Midwives have made me feel so uncomfortable coz I genuinely can’t help screaming..no I’m scared to give birth again in 5 months 😢
