Phyllo is meant to have the sheets buttered in each layer creating a frying effect resulting in the crunch. Maybe another chance?🥰

Do flour tortillas cut the tortilla and half roll it into a triangle shape almost like a cone stuff and then close it

first method use double papper..it will be stronger..make sure it just came out of freezer. when it's soft..it's hard to manage

bigger springroll sheets we use the brand Spring Home TYJ in the uk. I make spring rolls and samosas...soo good
