we would put "groszek ptysiowy" in soups where I'm from in Poland. sort of like croutons but for soup, I guess you could just snack on them too. this is a really good value haul for £5!

the distinction between budyń and kisiel is you make budyń with milk(mleko) and kisiel with water(woda), it's mostly the same thing which is potato starch but be sure if you need to add sugar(cukier)

think of budyń as a milky, more dessert/ pudding type of thing (kinda panna cotta vibes but not exactly) also DRINKING kisiel is crazy, eat it with a spoon!! trust me, I’m a profesional
