I used to try to take a 30 min nap, that’s too much for me because then it would be 3 hours. 20 min is all I can do and it makes me so refreshed

On a dif note, on occasion I have slept 12 hours straight! Why? And that’s after sleeping 8-9 hrs the nights b4. I don’t drink, I don’t take drugs, etc. It’s such a shock when I wake up 12 hrs later!
