I generally nap 1-2 hours a day due to Lyme, but my doc says that isn’t a nap, and that it’s not good my body needs that much rest during the day.

On a dif note, on occasion I have slept 12 hours straight! Why? And that’s after sleeping 8-9 hrs the nights b4. I don’t drink, I don’t take drugs, etc. It’s such a shock when I wake up 12 hrs later!
