I ripped it off subconsciously while sleeping and woke up without the tape on lol😳 This happened several times.

Nurse here! The adhesive looks a little tight, if you’re mouth taping you should be able to disable it by opening up your mouth for safety (like throwing up)

I bought mouth tape and loved the way I slept but it makes my face breakout really bad. I had little bumps all over around my mouth and when I stopped using the tape it went away

To everyone worried about suffocating because your nose might not work.. as someone with a deviated septum I highly recommend pairing mouth tape with extra strength nose strips!! I slept so well🙌🏻
