My kids paid $800 two and a half years ago. Rent will be going up to $2000 at the beginning at the year. Same house. It’s crazy in Georgia.

IMO I think some of those rates raised because of COVID and the eviction freezes. landlords trying to recoup losses.

It’s horrible here. I’m on other side of Scranton PA. So not far from Binghamton NY. Food and gas ridiculous for this shitty area. We will see what next 4 yrs bring.
