Commercial kitchens use plastic or wood, cutting boards, they don’t use don’t use stainless steel as cutting boards they mess your knifes up. Lmao. They have stainless steel counters and racks

I've been working in commercial kitchens for 40 years and I have never seen anyone cutting on stainless steel. For one thing it will ruin your knives.

Chef here, high-end restaurant, we never use the stainless steel to cut our produce or products we always use a cutting board the cutting Board tense to be a melamine cutting board or wood
