It will subsidize the income we will be saving on gas when ALL goods get cheaper including gas. As of right now facts show the American yearly is $6,850 extra. So it will still be cheaper

There were some pretty stiff tariffs in 16’-20’ and I don’t remember any sky rocketing prices. Maybe I wasn’t paying attention though. Also as a small business owner, I can speak to the damage done

My laptop cost me around $700 5 yrs ago… a 2000% tariff would make my laptop cost $14,700 😳😳😳 even 20% would make it worth $840 which would already sway my thoughts on if I actually need it🫣

Does this also take into account the increased sales tax we all will be paying as well? Because if not, add another 8% on the cost of all goods. Unfortunately we’re in FAFO. So $7600 becomes $8208.

Just a thought. Why would I pay more? Think about it for a moment if the price is to high I DON’T have to buy it until it comes down. The company either lowers the price or goes out of business. 🤯
