my jeep group all have 05+ axles in our jeeps. 3 wranglers, 3 Cherokees, and 1 Comanche. one of our group even has a 95 Bronco done. he also swapped in a 6.0 Powerstroke... watching this closely!

16.5 should fit over the caliper.I have a set for the 10.5 under the xj I built. they're tight but clear

If the rims almost fit on those calipers you could shave down the calipers a very small amount to get them to clear those rims. Hope it works for you.

Used hoists are cheap… my buddy just dropped his jeep on his foot doing an axle swap and cut a toe off
