Ingredients: Marinade the shrimps: * 300g of shrimps , peeled and deveined * 1 tsp of Chinese Cooking Wine * 1/4 tsp of salt * 1/4 tsp of ground white pepper * 1/2 tsp of cornstarch Sauce * 2 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee XO sauce * 1 tsp of Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil * 2 tsp of  Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce * 1 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce * 1 tsp of sugar * 1/4 tsp of white pepper Stir Fry * 250g of fresh thin egg noodles * 2 tbsp of cooking oil * 3 cloves of garlic, minced * 1 shallot, diced * 4 baby bok choy, greens and stems separated and sliced on the bias * 1 carrot , thinly sliced Garnish Sesame seeds Spring onions Steps: 1. Marinade the shrimps with Chinese cooking wine, salt, pepper and cornstarch. Set aside. 2. For the sauce, combine Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil, dark soy sauce, sugar and white pepper. Set aside. 3. Then, cook the noodles in a hot boiling water according to package instruction. Rinse it under cold water to stop cooking and drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil. Set aside. 4. In the pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat. Once it is hot, add garlic and shallots. Cook until fragrant for 30 seconds. 5. Add the shrimps and cook both side for 1 minute or until brown. 6. Add the carrot. Cook for 1 minute or until it softens. 7. Add the noodles followed by sauce and the bok choy (green part) and toss the noodles until everything is coated with the sauce and well-combined. 8. Serve in a plate, garnish with sesame seeds, fried shallots, spring onions and a tbsp of Lee Kum Kee XO sauce. Enjoy!
