@ceboskitchenstudio: Creamy Chicken Spaghetti 😋 8 chicken thighs (they dont dry out as quick as chicken breast) 1 packet spaghetti 1/2 diced onion 1/2 red, green & yellow peppers 🫑 500ml of fresh cream 1 can diced tomatoes 2 cans of creamy mushroom & creamy chicken soup 1 cup mozzarella cheese 1 cup cheddar cheese 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp cajun seasoning 1 tsp dry thyme 2 tbsp sunflower oil Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cajun, thyme and oregano. In a large pan, add 2 tbsp oil and get it hot. Add chicken thighs and cook for 4 minutes. Flip and cook for 3 more minutes, then set it aside. Boil your spaghetti according to the packet instructions. Same pan, add onion, peppers & sauté until translucent. Add cream, soups & season with 1 tsp cajun, 1 tsp aromat & 2 tsp Portuguese spice (adjust seasoning accordingly) Add grated cheese, simmer on low heat until thickened, then add tomatoes. Add salt and sugar (optional) Add the diced chicken, spaghetti & mix well. Add this to a baking dish & top with some cheese and dry parsley. Put in oven on 180°C for 5 minutes or just until the cheese melts.
