Don’t y’all make appointments? I think I waited 3-7 mins TOPS. Even energy care was a short wait. We called first and explained the situation, and the vet was ready for us when we arrived

Anytime an appointment has been delayed for me is because some kind of emergency came in. I can absolutely wait. Especially since there’s been a time or 2 when we were the emergency.

my vet is so lovely that he is really popular and fits in more patients.. so the wait time with him is always 100% worth it but I feel for him as he must be exhausted every day.
