We love the app, has helped us massively build a routine and know naps/bedtime. My boy is still breastfed and I often thought he was ALWAYS hungry, but it was just tiredness! Xx

Awesome! I’ve just downloaded it. How long do you let your baby nap for though? My baby is currently contact napping and has been asleep for over 2 hours! He has never slept through the night.

We have the app and absolutely love it! I’m FTM and it helps know when she’s likely to be tired and sleep. Massively helps with routine and understanding changes as you can see averages ect as well!
