OK, everybody says eat fiber with every meal but they never tell you like what you should be eating. I see people recommending drinking fiber, but they never tell what they’re drinking.

Your liver doesn't recognize fructose from its source. Sugar, honey, bananas, apples, etc have the same fructose. Most fruits were a seasonal consumption! so the body van prepare for winter.

True. I used these methods. 2 went from a A12 of 8.5 down to a 5.7. I’m still working to get lower. Lots of heavy lifting, fiber, and protein

I need carbs to use as energy because sugar drops. ADHD person here that can’t stop moving. Too much protein is not healthy for kidneys. Fruits are healthy. Stress is worse than carbs in my opinion.
