All houses are new build at the start. Old houses need a lot of money spent on them

I rented a new build. The mould was horrendous!!! We were told by an independent company it wasn’t anywhere near built properly. They allowed us to move out after 4 months 🫢

I've had minimal issues with my home and the company we purchased off does regular calls to us to make sure we are still happy with the house and if we need to make a report.

Depends on the site manager. But ALL homes, including old ones, have issues. Just have to decide which type of issues you want x
