I had a boss who COMPLETELY supported mental health days without having to lie about being "sick" to use them. She just got laid off without explanation after 16 years there. 😥

What is a sick Day? In Germany we Go to the doctor and get up to 6 PAYED Weeks and After that up to 2 years with 60% Salary. In this time you can‘t get fired. 🤝🏻

I don't understand 'sick days'. Thankfully in Europe if you're sick you're sick, and a doctor can help judge if they're fair if it happens too often, but no 'days' to take

I'm grateful we have 5 "wellness days" per year. and it was even stressed to use them as mental health days if needed.

Sick days, personal days, vacation days. All 3 have so many hours appointed to them. My manager don't give af as long as you use them before you lose them 😂
