Recipe Credit : Waheeda Adam - 1 cup Sugar 3 large Eggs 3/4 cup room temperature Milk 125g Salted Softened Butter 2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence 4 teaspoons Baking Powder 3 teaspoons Corn Starch 1 and Half Cup + 3 teaspoons Flour - Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. Beat for 3 minutes on a high speed. Place into a greased baking tin. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180c or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool completely and dust with icing sugar.
