If I want to buy a house for 300k and put down payment 100k I have to pay 2,100 per month over 30 years that mean I will pay 756k plus the 100k will be 856k 🤔 while if I buy it cash 300k .

not to mention property taxes home insurance that increases every year HOA fees lawn maintenance mortgage interest private mortgage insurance repairs, tenants won't pay eviction dealing with courts ..

Of course he never mentioned that if you take a 100k loan you also pay around 150k of interest alone. Stay away from riba guys, let alone the fact that if you default on a payment they take everything

يا أستاذ، في حال تم تأجير العقارات، فإن الأمور قد تكون ميسّرة، ولكن هناك احتمال أن يبقى بعضها دون تأجير. وفي حالة عدم توفر السيولة اللازمة لتغطية الأقساط، فقد تواجه خسارة مالية.
