@jinxtransitions: If your views are down do not blame an update of the algorythm! If you are making good quality videos, relevant content (relevant to others than your closest friends), are dynamic in your content, and you can’t reach your normal views.. Then look at your engagement! Your views are driven by people! If you never bother to reply to comments, scroll past your friends and basicly don’t engage alot, you’re not only a stuck up creator, you are also supressing your own content! You get x amount of push from tt when you post a video. The algorithm screens the video to see if it is fit for the fyp. And THIS is where you can do something for a bigger push! Automised engagement is the same type of engagement. Bots have this pattern with emoji comments, not replying, not reposting, using same hashtags always, spam tagging and not using inapp features! If tt screen you as similar to that pattern you will get flagged and have to change engagement to get out of that box! I was in it once too for only posting edits and nevet using inapp features! That ALSO goes for making alot of accounts on the same IP adresse! Alot of accounts from the same IP looks like a bot! If your videos get to the fyp they are then peopledriven!! The engagement from the viewers will decide if your video runs viral or not btw ✌🏻 And remember to stick to guidelines in ALL areas on tiktok! In chats, hashtags, captions, sounds and comments! It will all affect your account and can supress your views. Tiktok and it’s algorithm is VERY different from just a year ago! It gets updated often and is dynamic.
