Totally agree with the buying new clothes issue........ And like you, I feel more conscious about my body now than before! I'm 56 and every day is a lesson... Thought I'd be finished with lessons 🥰

Clothes positive...mine now 'fit' rather than fitting where they touch 😂🙈😂🙈 Its a tough path and not for the faint hearted and definately not the 'easy' option. Keep going!!!

Five months b. 3 and half stone lost, I don’t eat as much but can eat , cut out milk completely no chocolate , Blood sugars down BP good no sleep apnoea and no headaches
