Price point just isn't there, guys. I love Texas, and I love Texas whiskey, but I can't stomach the price. There are so many less expensive, and wonderful, Texas bourbons out there. 🤷♂️

I wish Texas distillers would try using a lv 1 or 2 char barrel instead of the typical level 3. Could age for longer without imparting too much oak.

So obviously you do this more than me but shouldn’t you drill the bottom hole first? If the barrel is sealed you should lose any whiskey until you break through at the top. Just curious?
