Just me hearing this sound is triggering me.. I have heart problems and the anxiety makes it so much worse. Heartbeat sounds are terrifying for me.. this is an accurate depiction of a panic attack tho

Me 24/7 panic disorder is a terrible thing to live with, especially paired with health anxiety. So I just think I’m having heart attacks every time. Lol

Stores are a sensory nightmare for me, the lights, sounds, people, and I can't sensor any of it out. So I get these about 25% of the time I go to the grocery store. So realistic.
