To try and help that every time she gets the laser I turn it off for a second and she knows to run over for pets then the laser goes back on and repeat. Treat at end.

we've taught our daughter to "let the kitties win" every so often, and now my female cat gives her a "really, human?!" look when she lets her win which is hilarious 😂

we had to stop using a laser pen with our girl cat. it made her very on edge. She also does the same thing from the reflection on my watch from the sun

I've always ended the laser pointer on my lap with pets and affection. my cats love it haha

my cat learned where the laser was coming from so every time I grab the toy she instantly knows that I'm about to turn on the laser I turned it off when they catch it and then play with it later

I used a laser pointer to teach my cat to catch flies. Every time she “caught” it, I exchanged it for a treat. She then used this knowledge to catch the flies and not eat them b/c she wanted the treat
