I had the same fear, but your nose dries up because you’re forced to breath through it. I’ve never slept better in my life. Hint: don’t buy a product, just use hypoallergenic tape.

I grind my teeth like no otherrrr when I’m sleeping and mouth tape has done absolutely nothing for that however my jaw is snatched! So a win is a win!
