I got this from accutane or it at least made it much worse and I still get it a year post accutane. Did anything help you?

Mine gets worse than this. I found Ivermectin lotion at Walgreens last week and it’s almost gone in a week. I was so blown away. Dermatologist okayed, but it was like $43 per tube. I’m so happy it saved me some embarrassment.
