I typically spray the pan with Pam for baking, that works too and without the flour butter look. That looks perfect though🎀

I've done EVERYTHING and nothing helps to release my pounds cake when I use my Nordicware pan🥺 I have to resort to using those old fashioned plain Jane pans for my poundcakes. ugh.... imma try this

Instead of butter followed by flour, I make cake goop (equal parts flour, butter, and oil) and it doesn’t leave behind any residue

I used to bake box cakes and coat the Bundt pan like this in high school and always used butter instead of oil. My family looked at me like I was crazy…that was 96-2000 I’m showing this post 💅🏾 😏

to avoid having dusty cakes I find making a butter flour paste and brushing the cake pan with it works really well.
