Ingredients: @Drink Poppi for the good vibes @Thrive Market quinoa and brown rice, cooked as directed Broccoli florets 1 can chickpeas, rinsed 2 chicken breast Juice of 1 lemon Zest of 1 lemon 3 tbsp @Good Culture cottage cheese 1 tbsp tahini 2 tbsp @Primal Kitchen Foods dijon mustard 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 2 tsp @Mike’s Hot Honey 1/3 cup parmesan cheese 2 tsp coconut aminos 1 clove garlic Seasonings: @Simply Organic smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, @Graza olive oil Instructions: 1. Add brocolli and chickpeas to sheet pan, season with above seasonigs and olive oil, and bake at 425° until crispy 2. Season chicken on both sides with above seasonings, brown on both sides on cast iron, add in 1/2 lemon juice and lemon zest, then finish cooking in oven at 425° until internal temp of chicken reaches 165° 3. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, tahini, white wine vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic, honey, Parmesan cheese, a little water, and pepper and boend until smooth 4.
