Speed. Slow down. I had similar issues and set my first layer to 20mm/s. Worked fantastic.

Clean build plate, or increase bed temps, at my house is cold so I increased it a bit

When I have something like this happen, I usually standby and watch it and most of the time filament lays over it and it’s no big issue at all, probably just a random fingerprint that was missed

I use plate adhesive. $19 and last forever! Never had an issue since and I print large designs.

Recalibrate the bed height if it's been a long time. I've only done it once in the year I've had mine but it made a world of difference when I started having this problem once. Otherwise make sure the bed is clean with dawn soap and warm water and heated to around 60-70C when printing. Bambu makes pla bed adhesive helper as well but it shouldn't need to be used unless you're doing a really difficult print, not like this video is showing where it's super flat and not tall and skinny.

Check bed alignment. Possibly use adhesion. Or start print from another place on the bed.
