This is the exact same for me but when I’m in the kitchen running service. The kitchen can be hectic we have 100 covers in and my brain is just quiet and peaceful

My son 😳 he cannot concentrate in a class of 20 children but put him on a rugby field with 200 people screaming at once and he flourish!!!!

I am the same. I work as a security gaurd doing crowd control in Australia. I ca deal with 50k people in a staduim. but me going out socially I'm a nervous mess.

Played rugby league for 31 years and it’s always been my happy place , I’ve always wondered why my brains so stimulated but yet when I was playing it was 80 mins of peace between the ears !!
