ok so give them time off during eid or other religious holidays if you want time off during christmas and new years too. and have your entire year structured around those holidays bc that’s truly fair

Reminds me of that story where people get a 10 minute smoke break periodically throughout the day for smokers. Guy bought found a work around for the same benefits 😌

Me as a nonsmoker while working at a restaurant. Every time the smokers would take a 15 min smoke break, I would wait for them to return, take my book, set an alarm & go read for 15min 😂

Everyone should have the same amount of breaks. if i was the employer the prayer breaks would be coming out of your break time. you dont get extra just for prayer thats discrimination

I mean.. if the not Christian workers during Christmas take more shifts so people can take time off for Christmas I feel like it’s balancing out but I understand why op asked for the time
