@addieblesausage: 📍miraku this was the best omakase experience I've had in a longgggg time 😋 every single bite was a hit, no misses here. the quality of the ingredients were top notch, everything was so fresh, and the chefs were so knowledgeable. we had the premium omakase ($228) and these were my favs: - the cold snow crab was so sweet and paired well w the tangy vinegar jelly (loveee the jelly) - the shirako…. Ifykyk… soooo so so creamy and melt in your mouth (just try not to focus on what it is ahahha) - chutoro with their housemade nori shoyu… mindblowing!!! I mean chutoro is obv always delicious, but this nori shoyu added a layer of umami that ive never had with tuna before!!! - a4 hokkaido sukiyaki… id pay to have a biggg bowl of just this. The quality of the beef is a dream, but mixed with the yolk of the onsen egg… a flavour bomb 😩 i think this was my fav bite of the night - all the sushis were good but my fav was the toro maki… as u can tell im a tuna girlie through and through but the marinated egg was amazing and added so much richness and creaminess, while the pickles cut through the fattiness.
