Brach’s Peppermint Candy Canes are an easy way to make your holiday recipes extra special. Go grab a box and make this season even sweeter! RECIPE 1. Beat 3/4 cup granulated sugar with 2 sticks of butter until light and fluffy. Then mix in 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp mint extract. 2. Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Then roll out between two sheets of parchment until 1/8” thick. Cut into 2” circles and transfer to 2 baking sheets. Bake at 350F for about 18 minutes. Let cool. 3. Melt 8 oz. Dark chocolate with 1/2 tbsp coconut oil in a microwave. Dunk the cookies in the chocolate and shake to get an even layer. 4. Crush 2 packages of Brach’s Peppermint Candy Canes.
