I’ve never heard of them before but I’ve so many Qs . Where does all the “flow” shall we call it. Go? Like does it absorb it all or what? I feel like they would make me feel self conscious

I found I bled so much less with period pants which isn’t surprising given the chemicals that are on period products.

my periods were really heavy and painful with pads/tampons. Since using pants it's a lot lighter & I can time the flow for when I'm using the loo, it's brilliant! no sitting in blood like with a pad

i had to use period pants when I had a biopsy down there a few months ago cos I was on & they've changed my life! everything else used to irritate me!
