Put butter in your pockets, put butter in your pants, put butter in your bra, wherever... and I promise your butter will be perfect for baking! We want softened/room temperature butter for *a lot* of our baking (pie crusts excluded!)... and sometimes we forget to set it out. Room, temperature, butter, help support and even rise in our cakes/cookies/brownies.
