I bought it a long time ago... thin coat, silicone based makeup, NO LUCK. White casting, cakes., makes a mess on my face. Tried again...same thing

Honestly - I just moisturize andnuse an eye cream, before I use it and make sure it’s fully dry (on top and underneath). It eliminates the clumps.
