She's also the final prosecution witness in Shannon Stillwell's and Deamonte Kendrick's YSL gang racketeering conspiracy and murder trial, and she was cross-examined by Stillwell's lawyer Max Schardt on Monday (November 18, day 162). During questions about Stillwell's music, Viverito caused a stir when she hesitated to testify about her perceived meaning of Stillwell's lyric about beating a murder rap. Judge Paige Reese Whitaker sent the jury out of the courtroom so she could sort things out. Schardt questioned Viverito outside the presence of the jury. The trial continues today in atlanta.
