ours is a vcr/dvd player and the dvd part is starting to go out. you put a dvd in and it spits it out. we have to hold our hand in front of it until it starts playing😅😅

oh no… not that specific RCA model 😳 we had one of those at our dad’s it was one of the absolute worst models. it kept immediately spitting out tapes, but on the other hand you might wanna open 1/2

Ok I’ve had this issue once and it was caused by the coloured cords one decided to not wanna work if you using the Color ones just replace em. Or if you are using all three only use one for sounds

I recommend buying a Toshiba VCR/DVD combo. It has an HDMI port for smart TVs and I’ve never had trouble with the two I have

Please if you go to the thrift store if find a dry cleaning tape please buy it! Completely fixes image issues and sound issues in minutes

To get the best picture & sound quality from vhs look for a 6head vcr 👌🏼. (It will have the additional red audio jack at the back, next to the yellow & white )😉

I can definitely recommend the LG RCT699H. It definitely one of the most expensive but also one of the best DVD+VHS Players. It even has HDMI. The resolution gets upscaled too. Love it!!

I have 2 dvd players and a bunch of dvd’s but we still have Disney and all that. It’s just they keep taking off the movies so we brought them in dvds so we’ll have them forever lol
