@karinesaidit: PERFECT HOLIDAY LOAF 🍊🦃 Cranberry orange vegan loaf: ✅2 cups flour ✅1 cup sugar ✅1 tsp baking powder ✅1 tsp baking soda ✅pinch of salt ✅1/2 cup avocado oil ✅1/2 cup vegan coconut yogurt ✅1 cup vegan milk or half vegan milk half orange juice ✅1 tsp vanilla extract ✅3/4 cup fresh cranberries ✅1 whole orange, zest and juice First preheat oven to 350. Then, start with dry ingredients in a bowl. Flour, sugar, baking powder; baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl I like to mix the 1 cup sugar and zest of one whole orange together to to make the orange taste stronger. Then make a duvet in the center of bowl and start pouring in the wet ingredients. One by one. Leave milk for last to make sure consistency is not so runny. It’s suppose to be a wet thick mixture but not dry. Then mix in berries gently. Place in a loaf pan filled half way. Bake for about 30-60 minutes depending on size of pan.
