The thing that would freak me out the most would be the inertia & weightless feeling when the ship goes up, then the sudden drop & impact, not knowing if the ship is still fine. Pure anxiety fuel.

After learning how ships do this safely, it's actually not *that* terrifying. As long as the mid section of the ship and one end are touching water, it will not break.
