typically they limit it to one game per dev per category to my knowlage, p3r not showing up anywhere is a bit odd but anywhere with Metaphor that's the most likely explanation

I played P3R as my first persona game and I genuinely don’t understand why people like it.Combat is extremely simple and braindead.Story is basic and predictable & characters are one note and cliche

Reload is the same game as 3 just updated, Metaphor is made by the same company and is the culmination of their work for 30 years. They would probably like to show that game some more love first.

i think the repetition of the game is why it didn’t make it. things got really bland really fast aside from story moments

Personally I think it doesn’t make sense for ATLUS to have two games for a category and split the vote when Metaphor has the better chance to win. Not to mention recency bias has a big part in voting and Reload came out in February vs Metaphor coming out last month.
