okay okay but, consider investing in Gatorade powder, the 6 gallon tins, they're like 13 dollars, so it's a huge money saver in the long run

Unfortunately the ones that taste good or are tasteless are basically placebos as they only have about 50mg of sodium.

Buoy has been a game changer for my POTS! I started with Powerade/Bodyarmor, then LiquidIV, but Buoy has hands down made the biggest difference for me, and I can put it in everything!

I personally love pedialyte’s strawberry lemonade packets!! I usually add a lil bit of pink lemonade powder or frozen strawberries for extra sweetness.
