Not knowing WTH was going on I use to comb and scratch flakes off and the only thing that healed the heat was ice or oil. Vicious cycle lol

Guys use natural coconut oil and neem oil also wash your hair 3 times week now I’m good but nizoral will make it severe dry

I use the Sebizole 2% , soothes my scalp more than the nizoral. I wash my hair twice a week . I use OGX Hair mask to condition the hair than add OGX Extra Strength Oil , to give my hair more life and moisture , also to lift the flakes up , easier to comb out, is the OGX oil really bad and can someone explain pls
