I’ve been using the salt rock deodorant all year and it’s really good. Salt is the only ingredient and I’m only just getting to the end of it and it’s £5.

Yes! I literally CANNOT smell synthetic fragrances without reaction and headaches. I do not understand how no one else seems to have issues from it! Everyone gets annoyed with me like I’m weird 😩

I haven’t used deodorant since starting Keto and IF 8 years ago, the smell is coming from all the toxins in our SAD diet!!

I rub lemons daily. I don’t smell anymore. When I sweat a lot, I’ll wash my armpits, and change shirts. Carry wet wipes just for emergencies, in case I’m meeting with my clients.
