I saw that the Prophet (ﷺ) placed his knees (on the ground) before placing his hands when he prostrated himself. And when he stood up, he raised his hands before his knees. (Sunan abu dawud 838)

If the camel was upright wouldn’t it be putting his arms down first? So we should go in to sujood with our knees first.the front legs are closer to the head of the camel.and we should use the rear leg
