Glad I have all the ingredients that I needed. ▪️Chicken noodle soup: Chicken (any parts you like) Mini harusame (sotanghon) Garlic Ginger Salt & pepper Fish sauce Consommé Carrot Cabbage Celery Spring onion Cooking oil Instructions: Mince garlic & ginger. Cut all the vegetables. In a cooking pot, heat cooking oil, fry garlic (I want it a bit toasted) & ginger. Once aromatic, put chicken , carrots, seasoned with salt, pepper & fish sauce. Add hot water just enough to cover the ingredients. Put consommé, cover on medium heat until cook. Add the cababage, celery stalk. In a bowl, put the mini harusame, add the chicken soup. Add spring onions and celery leaves upon serving. ▪️Tomato salad Slice tomato. Transfer to a serving bowl or plate. Remove excess liquid. Add sesame oil, salt & pepper. Sprinkle some white toasted sesame seeds. Add Shiso and celery. ▪️Grilled salmon Grill salmon. Grated radish and lemon on the side.
