Cut it in half and divide the chicken mixture in the length (like a rod) over the puff pastry (185g chicken per roll). Roll it well. Repeat the process. Cut the filled puff pastry with chicken into pieces. Divide the chicken pieces over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the egg with the milk. Brush the chicken pieces with the egg mixture and garnish with sesame seeds. Put the chicken pieces in a preheated oven at 190 ℃.
